With over 150 sensors that measure parameters such as speed, knife temperature and position, and automatically adjust based on material, spread height and pattern geometry, the Gerber Paragon makes it easy for operators to get the perfect cut every time. Powered by AccuMark CAD, the machine’s software has auto nesting routines, maximizing pattern yield from each yard of fabric and minimizing material waste. That means better quality pieces, shorter lead times, and reduced labor costs.
